Glass Blowing, the extreme sport of the art world

Experience an art that has changed little in 6000 years.

From molten glass your instructor will lead you through the creative process to completed art glass. 

Introduction to glass blowing class - consists of three sessions at the Stone and Glass Studio.  Each session is two to three hours in length. 

First session is an orientation to familiarize the student with the equipment, heat, safety procedures and preliminary techniques.

During the second session the student can expect to make three to four pieces.

Third session we’ll refine the techniques, add color and make a small vase. 

Introduction to glass blowing is $750.00 all material is provided.

Continuing private instruction is available.
